Terms of Service for Primal Panic By BORISGAMES

Welcome to Primal Panic, a virtual reality game developed by BORISGAMES ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Primal Panic (the "Game"), you ("you" or "the user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Game with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Game, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Game.
  
  

3. User Accounts & Platform Information

When using the Game, you may be identified by your platform account (such as your Meta username). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your platform account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Game, you agree not to engage in the following:

• Cheating or Exploits: Using hacks, cheats, bots, exploits, or other unfair practices.
  
  

• Harassment & Abuse: Harassing, bullying, threatening, stalking, or otherwise targeting other players.
  
  

• Hate Speech & Discrimination: Using language, imagery, or behavior that promotes hate, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected category.
  
  

• Doxxing & Privacy Violations: Sharing, posting, or attempting to obtain private or personal information about other players without consent.
  
  

• Toxic Behavior: Engaging in excessively disruptive, offensive, or abusive behavior that negatively affects the community.
  
  

• Circumventing Enforcement: Attempting to bypass suspensions, bans, or restrictions (we may use hardware IDs and platform usernames to enforce bans).
  
  

• Illegal Activity: Using the Game to promote or engage in unlawful activities.
  
  

Violations of these rules may result in suspension or permanent banning from the Game.

5. In-App Purchases

The Game may include optional in-app purchases. All transactions are processed by the platform provider (e.g., Meta). We do not collect or store your credit card information. All purchases are subject to the platform provider’s payment terms, and all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including graphics, gameplay mechanics, logos, and content, are owned by BORISGAMES or its licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without express permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BORISGAMES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Game. Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to access the Game.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "effective date" at the top will reflect the last updated date. By continuing to use the Game after any changes, you agree to the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
